This is about my very negative Experiences with escrow.com . What it is: an online Payment Service for Transactions (domains, Ebay stuff and so on)
Firstly they do not accept Paypal Payments from European Buyers. European Buyers could buy Via Card or Bank Wire. If you choose Card they ask you to send a Copy with back and Front from your Credit Card and this is, where the Trouble starts: trying to send this Paperwork via Email to them. You could use therefore some email adresses they givin you – they are all coming back from their Postmaster with the Informations that the Email is denied.
I spend DAYS to inform the Support of this, but they are not helfpul, they are simply useless. (Neither they give u the Feeling about that they are interested)
Writing to them that Email sending them to the adress transactionsecurity{aett}escrow.com they email are coming back as denied You will get the answer from their Support : we do not have your Paperwork send it to transactionsecurity{aett}escrow.com
Hello? Anyone there thinking? I already said that it is NOT WORKING. Again nearly the same. This was going on 2 Days as I was flipping out. I mean if you are interested in earning money and your Customer is trying to get you all the things needes to complete the transaction why u are not doing your work and helping your Client that he can send you this paperwork? So after nearly 2 Days I was later on using the 5th other email account, I was able to send the paperwork needed. ( The proof of the card)
Now the very best : An Email telling to send the money with wire transfer. They couldn ´t tell this before , as they still had had the Card Data and where able to check it? No ? they needed to stress me, with sending the silly paperwork .
escrow is just a waste of time. I can not recommend escrow.com for any European Customer. Thats just mey experiences I did with them, but truly I never had had something like this. And I am buying a lots of stuff in USA and UK , and I always had paid with paypal or the had taken my visa card. Never had such Problems or complicated Peoples.
